Mr. Fulk is our Chief Operating Officer, where he has responsibility for our US and Canadian branch operations and directs our central operations including sales, underwriting and collections. Mr. Fulk joined our organization in December of 2021 with the acquisition of Heights Finance in the position of President. Mr. Fulk has over 28 years of consumer finance experience leading branch and central operations in support of company vision and strategy. Prior to his position with Heights Finance, Mr. Fulk was Senior Managing Director at OneMain Financial where he held numerous leadership and operational roles. Mr. Fulk earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Roanoke College.
